Combination precision welded steel framing and extruded metal with painted panels

Description:

The incline /decline wave exit conveyor is designed to accept product exiting from a

wave (at a specific height) and deliver the product to the next downstream machine

(at a specific lower height). The flat belt design offers support to the full product.

 Continuous running belt design

 Stainless Steel Bed

 EDS safe / high temperature belt utilized

 Variable speed (1 - 12 fpm) (.30 – 3.66 mpm) others available

 Belt design offers support of full product

 2” round entrance and exit roller

 Operator controls (E-stop, Reset)

 Left to right travel

 Designed for longevity with minimal maintenance

 Wave exit (product entrance) height onto belt is TBD

 Product exit (entrance into downstream machine) is TBD

 Painted sheet metal panels, “Dynapace White”
